Refund policy
When we return money, and when digital access has already been used.
The window
If you have not started the paid material, write to the desk within fourteen days of the paid order.
After you have used a material part of a course or live, a refund is not automatic.
Digital goods
Lessons, live recordings, and Hub access are delivered as soon as the order clears.
A change of mind after you have been through the material is not a defect in the product.
How a refund runs
Approved refunds go back through the original checkout rail, in the currency that was charged.
Affiliate commissions on a refunded order are reversed.
