How Ten Percent Academy collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the site and the academy.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, and billing address when you register or buy.

Usage data: pages you open, session time, and device or browser type, so we can keep the product working.

Payment data is handled by the checkout provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To run your account, deliver courses and community access you paid for, and send service messages about orders or access.

To answer support, improve content, and meet legal duties.

Affiliate attribution uses a first-touch cookie so a referral can be paid. We do not sell your data.

Processors we need to operate: payments, email, hosting. They sit under confidentiality terms.

Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We use cookies for session, locale, theme, and affiliate attribution.

You can block cookies in the browser. The academy session and checkout will not work without the ones that keep you signed in.

For as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law and dispute handling require.

Depending on where you are, you may ask to access, correct, delete, limit, or export your data, or withdraw consent.
