Cancellation policy
How access ends. Most academy purchases are one-time, not a monthly trap.
What you bought
Paid content you were granted stays available for as long as the academy operates that product, unless we close the account for cause.
There is no subscription to cancel for a one-time SKU. Stopping is: you stop showing up.
Closing the account
Write to the desk if you want the login removed. We will say what records the law still requires.
We may suspend access for unpaid fraud, leaked content, or abuse of the room.
